  17. You might be asking yourself about now why he included this chapter?  This chapter is to show commitment on both companies (Spider Island, SoftArc) to listen to their users, implement needed changes, add wanted features and strive to have the best software in there category that there can be.

You will notice that all the versions above on the software needed to run the BBS is in Beta testing.  I don't consider this beta testing in the truest since of the word though because both of these companies have terrific release programs already and the above software is just the implementation of there users wishes.
